Primary Skills
· Responsible for MS Dynamic R3 POS Installation and configuration.
· Understanding the D365 F&O Retail Architecture.
· Creation of Price Groups and all Promotional setups in D365 F&O.
· Inquiries and Reports handling in D365.
· Providing the support to the users of Retail stores for any POS and Dynamics 365 related issues during the regular store operations.
· Have good experience in Functional support–sales and inventory management, promotion.
· Creation of New Stores, Warehouse & Registers and activation of Devices in D365 F&O.
· Troubleshooting the real times issues that are being faced at the MPOS/CPOS.
· Fair understanding in MSSQL Express Edition support.
· Basic knowledge on Microsoft office.
